Do I take the photographs or install the sign?
No. DwellNova handles original photography, yard signs, and lockboxes. Giles manages negotiations and advises you on offers and terms.
Which documents will I need?
The working NC checklist includes the listing agreement, agency information, seller disclosures, mineral/oil/gas disclosure, and MLS data sheet. Lead-based paint, condo, vacant land, septic, and dock documents may apply. The final packet is reviewed for your property.
